貸し出し手続きに関して 18:30 までスタッフが対応可能です。 それまでの遅れに関しては問題ありません。 ただし、出発日時の遅れが生じた場合でも、返却期限日の変更は承ることができません。 Staff are available to assist with loan procedures until 18:30. There is no problem if you arrive before then. However, even if your departure time is delayed, we are unable to change the return date.

クレジット会社によって、返金手続きの反映まで 1～3 日程掛かる場合がございます。 それ以上お時間が掛かっている場合、恐らくクレジットカード会社内の事情によりご返金の処理に滞りが生じているものと考えられます。 クレジットカード会社へ直接お問い合わせ下さい。 Depending on the credit card company, it may take 1–3 days for the refund to appear on your statement. If it has taken longer than this, there is likely a delay in processing the refund due to circumstances within the credit card company. Please contact your credit card company directly.

18歳からご利用いただけます。18歳未満のお客様が普通二輪免許を取得されていてもご利用いただけません。 This service is available to customers aged 18 and over. Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to use this service, even if they hold a standard motorcycle licence.

初心者でもご利用可能です。初心者ライダーの方々にも安心してご利用頂ける様、保険・保障を充実させております。 ただし、三ノ輪店につきましては無人店となりますので、スタッフからのご案内、質問の受け付けが出来ません。マイページより車両の取り扱い方法を解説している動画がありますのでそちらをご覧ください。初心者の方には足立小台本店でのレンタルをお勧めします。 This service is available to beginners. We have comprehensive insurance and cover in place so that even novice riders can use our service with peace of mind. Please note, however, that the Minowa branch is unstaffed, so we are unable to provide guidance or answer any queries. Please refer to the videos explaining how to use the vehicles, which can be found on your My Page. We recommend that beginners rent from our Adachi-Odai main branch.

50cc 原付、ジャイロキャノピー、PCX については商業利用いただけます。その他の車両については車両の 任意保険の明細、標識交付証明書、自動車損害賠償責任保険証明書 等の書類 (写真・データを含みます) をお渡し出来ない場合がございます。 Commercial use is permitted for 50cc mopeds, Gyro Canopy scooters and PCX models. For other vehicles, we may be unable to provide documents such as the voluntary insurance policy details, certificate of registration, or compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance certificate (including photographs and digital data).

第三者への転貸は禁止しております。 万一行った場合、補償の全てが無効になります。 Subletting to third parties is prohibited. Should this occur, all Insurance and Cover will be forfeited.

運転免許証の画像データサイズが大きすぎる可能性が考えられます。もう一度小さいデータサイズでのアップロードを試みて下さい。 The image file of your driving licence may be too large. Please try uploading a smaller file again.

足立小台店につきましては、月・木曜定休となりますので、月・木曜日以外のご利用が可能です。定休日には返却が出来かねますので日・水曜日迄にご返却ください。 三ノ輪店につきましては、24時間営業ですのでご予約の日程以内でしたらいつでもお貸出し、ご返却いただけます。 The Adachi Odai branch is closed on Mondays and Thursdays, so you may use the service on any other day. As we are unable to accept returns on our closing days, please return motorbike by Sunday or Wednesday. The Minowa branch is open 24 hours a day, so you may borrow and return items at any time within your booking period.

車両の返却はお借りいただいた店舗へご返却ください。（例：三ノ輪店→三ノ輪店、足立店→足立店） Please return the vehicle to the branch from which you hired it. (e.g. Minowa Branch → Minowa Branch, Adachi Branch → Adachi Branch)

足立小台店では営業時間外はご対応できません（営業時間：10:00～19:00）。期日を過ぎた場合は延滞料がかかります。 三ノ輪店では24時間営業ですので、いつでもセルフ返却にてご対応いただけます。 The Adachi Odai branch is unable to assist you outside of opening hours (10:00–19:00). A late fee will be charged if the due date has passed. The Minowa branch is open 24 hours a day, so you can return motorbike via the self-service return system at any time.

上記を含むすべてのお預かりはできません。公共交通機関等をご利用しお越しくださいませ。 We are unable to accept any items for storage, including those mentioned above. Please use public transport or other means of transport to visit us.

返却日時が早まる場合には、足立小台店では営業日であればいつでも受け付けております。 ただし、返却手続きについては 18:30 までにご来店いただき、スタッフにお申し付けください。三ノ輪店では24時間セルフでご返却頂けます。 If you need to return your items earlier than scheduled, the Adachi Odai branch accepts returns at any time on business days. However, please ensure you visit the branch by 18:30 to complete the return procedure and inform a member of staff. At the Minowa branch, you can return items 24 hours a day via the self-service system.

片道レンタルは承っておりません。 We do not offer one-way rentals.

速やかに当店までご連絡ください。 ただし、当店は車両返還後の遺留品について保管責任を負いません。 Please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, however, that we cannot accept responsibility for any items left behind after the vehicle has been returned.
